The Invite is a Black-led documentary film series, inviting artists and community leaders across disciplines — music, film, dance, theater, poetry, culinary arts and more — to serve their recipes for solidarity & liberation. 

The first installment The Invite: Freedom (2026) asks: How can we declare independence from systems that are not invested in our thriving? We inviting artists and healers to discuss Freedom in all its diversity -- freedom of expression, sexuality, in interpersonal and community relationships -- including Shea Couleé, Lisa Beasley (a.k.a. Corporate Erin), Jamila Woods, Morgan Johnson (The Triibe), Jade T. Perry, Mykele Deville, and Dr. Nicole Rawls. 

DESIRE LINES, directed by Jules Rosskam

I serve as an executive producer of Jules Rosskam’s fifth feature film, Desire Lines, supported by Creative Capital. In the film, past and present collide when an Iranian American transman portals through the LGBTQ+ archive on a dizzying and erotic quest to unravel his own sexual desires. -- so lets update that.

The film premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival and won the Special Jury Award in the NEXT category.
