In fall 2023, I conducted a workshop with leaders of documentary organizations in collaboration with Perspective Fund based on the method of The Cookout.
The Cookout method was developed through the OTV | Open Television experiment and explored in the Reparative Media book (MIT Press, forthcoming) and companion Afrofuturist comic book.
In summer 2022 I conducted a strategic review of the Sisters in Cinema Documentary Fellowship. I interviewed the Fellows, reviewed reports and contracts, and offered recommendations for scalability.
